Mileage is only reimbursed when you are asked to drive your own car during your work shift. We pay for the miles you drive from Occasions to the party and back to Occasions (not to and from home).

If you are released from work while at the function and are not returning to Occasions, we reimburse one-way only.

Mileage is not reimbursed when you are assigned to report to the function location, with the following exceptions:

1. If you are asked to run an errand in your vehicle, the miles to and from the venue are reimbursed.
2. If you are asked to return to Occasions to help unpack the truck, the miles from the venue back to Occasions are reimbursed.
3. If the function location is more than 50 miles from Occasions, we encourage staff to carpool and will reimburse you for your actual miles driven (but not more than the distance to and from Occasions).
