Our menus are inspired by seasonal ingredients and our desire to make fresh flavors shine through the dishes we create. In catering, I get to apply that philosophy to all the world’s diverse cuisines and every possible style of menu. Our kitchen gets its great energy from the endless variety of foods we prepare.
The best compliment I can receive is the momentary hush that overtakes an event when guests are completely absorbed in a delicious meal. No words can substitute for that.

During the local growing season, we revel in melons, peaches, corn, and other fruits and vegetables from Colorado farmers. Throughout the year, Rocky Mountain meats, craft cheeses, honey, artisan cured meats, spirits and other Colorado products complement our local-driven menus.
We prefer sustainable seafood choices and products from family farms and small businesses, because the investments you make in these businesses through us help make our economy stronger and minimize our impact on the world ecology.

Whenever possible, no guest should be forced to raise a hand and announce that he or she is the one with the special meal.
Our menus reflect today’s culinary trends, where guests want vegetarian and gluten free options. Designing buffet and station menus around those needs is no different from incorporating basic food groups, and it allows guests to pick what they want without requiring special attention.
We make it easy, too. No peanut oil or hidden nuts. No meat products in items that are delicious prepared vegetarian. And clear labels to identify vegetarian, gluten free, vegan, and nut-containing menu selections.
